AJAR Band

Having created a unique style of its own, AJAR was originally formed as a band named INSYNC by Gerald Heslop, Terrence Williams and Niel Blackwood with the gradual addition of members including Onis Bayley, Junior McPherson and Dionne Taylor.

AJAR has been performing contemporary gospel music at various functions across Canada since 1989.  Although the members hail from diverse denominational backgrounds, AJAR is united in its aim to minister to others through music.  As the name suggest, AJAR is committed to openly spreading the good news of salvation with zeal and without partiality.

AJAR’s style of music straddles all genres including reggae, jazz, calypso, pop, and more.
